Sweet & Spicy Spring Taco

SWEET & SPICY SPRING TACO (makes 8 street tacos)

Ingredients:

1 lb Ground Beef

1 Red Onion

1 Small Head of Cabbage

Small Soft Taco Shells

5 oz Marieke® Gouda Honey Clover

1/2 cup Soy Sauce

1 Tsp of Garlic Powder

1 Tsp of Paprika (add additional tsp if you like a little heat)

2 Tbsp of Rice Vinegar

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Your favorite Spicy Mustard!

Meat and Onion Prep- Mix soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and hamburger. Fry in pan breaking it up as it cooks. Slice onions and fry in pan until soft and brown.

Toppings- Shred raw cabbage and place in bowl. Stir in rice vinegar and add salt and pepper to taste (let soak while preparing other items).

Shred Marieke® Gouda Honey Clover and place in bowl.

Serving- Start by warming up the soft taco shells. Add spicy mustard, cooked hamburger, fried onion, shredded cabbage mix, and then finally Marieke® Gouda Honey Clover. Enjoy!
