Gouda S'mores

Reinvent Your Campfire Favorite: S'mores with a Smoked Gouda Twist

Everyone grew up toasting marshmallows over a campfire and then sandwiching them between graham crackers with a square (or two) of chocolate. Classic, right?

But what if you could elevate that nostalgic treat into something unexpected and undeniably delicious?

Meet your new favorite: s'mores made with Marieke Smoked Gouda.

This simple, savory-sweet twist is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser—perfect for backyard hangouts, cozy bonfires, or an easy no-bake dessert that'll leave your guests asking for seconds.

Here's how to make them:

  1. Break your graham crackers into four squares, then cut each square in half to make mini pieces.

  2. Slice Marieke Smoked Gouda to match the size of the crackers.

  3. Pipe marshmallow frosting (store-bought or homemade) onto each cracker.

  4. To assemble: Place the Gouda slice on a plate, and top it with the graham cracker and frosting.

  5. Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

The result? A warm, gooey, smoky-sweet bite that feels nostalgic and gourmet.
