Beer & Gouda Cheese Dip

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 3 Tbsp Flour
- 3/4 C Spotted Cow
- Any Beer Works
- 1/2 C Milk
- 1/2 Tbsp Ground Mustard
- Splash of Worcestershire
- 16 oz Marieke Smoked Gouda
Directions:
- In a medium pan, melt butter on low heat
- Add Flour & Whisk for 2 Minutes
- Add beer & milk slowly, bring to a simmer
- Whisk until thick (3-5 minutes)
- Stir in Mustard & Worcestershire
- Add in cheese, one handful at a time until melted
- Serve & Enjoy
