Bacon Gouda Cheese Dip
Our bacon gouda cheese dip recipe is a delicious and indulgent appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. Made with creamy gouda cheese, crispy bacon pieces, and a blend of savory spices, this dip is sure to satisfy any cheese lover's cravings. It's easy to make and can be served with a variety of dipping options, including crackers, veggies, and bread. Plus, it's a crowd-pleaser that everyone will love!
Ingredients:
8 oz. Marieke Gouda Cheese (shredded)
8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 C. Mayonnaise
1/2 C. Sour Cream
1/4 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Tsp. Smoked Paprika
1 lb of Bacon
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Spray a 9inch pan with cooking spray
3. Combine Shredded Marieke Gouda, Cream Cheese, Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Red Pepper Flakes, and Paprika in a large bowl.
4. Mix together until well combined. (soften cream cheese ahead of time)
5. Set aside about 1/4 C. of cooked bacon to add for the topping.
6. Mix the other bacon in with the cheese mixture.
7. Transfer cheese mixture to desired dish. Top with Bacon and any extra cheese desired.
8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is heated through and bubbly.
9. Add any additional toppings you'd like. We enjoy adding some extra seasoning, green onions, or jalapeños for a nice kick.
10. Serve & enjoy!
