Our Premium Gouda has taken an award in almost every competition throughout the years. We have focused on other flavors lately but feel like it is time for this beauty to have her moment in the spotlight.
She has a firm and crystalized texture making this true farmstead Gouda sweetly aged. Complex notes of toasted nuts finish out the profiles of this lively cheese.
