Sherri's 5 Cheese Lasagne

Ingredients (serves 4):


  • 1 pound hamburger

  • Onion, chopped

  • Mushrooms (optional)

  • 12 lasagne noodles

  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce

  • 1 can tomato soup

  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese

  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese

  • 16 oz. Marieke Gouda Pesto Basil Gouda Cheese

  • 1 egg


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Brown hamburger. Drain, add onion, mushrooms, spaghetti sauce and tomato soup.

  3. In a separate pot, boil water. Add noodles to boiling water. Until soft.

  4. While hamburger and noodles are cooking - shred all cheese and mix together well. Add egg and mix well

  5. Place a small amount of meat sauce in bottom of 9x13 (or larger) dish. Add 4 noodles, 1/3 of meat sauce, 1/3 cheese mix. 

  6. Repeat 2 more times (4 noodles, 1/3 sauce, 1/3 cheese mix). Add extra Pesto Basil cheese to top layer. 

  7. Bake for 45 minutes (if you like soft cheese cover when baking, if you like crunchy cheese around the edges bake uncovered).

  8. Enjoy!
