Pork Marieke® Gouda Stacker

Recipe by Gouda Chef ®Molly Schraufnagel

Ingredients (1 sandwich):

 

  • 1 slice hearty white or wheat bread

  • 2/3 cup Marieke® Gouda Black Mustard, shredded

  • 2 tablespoons cranberry relish

  • 4 oz. pork roast, shredded

Directions:

 

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  2. Place bread slice on baking sheet; top with half Marieke® Gouda cheese, cranberry relish, pork roast, and remaining Marieke® Gouda cheese.

  3. Bake at 300 for 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
