Easy Open Face Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients (serves 2):
2 slices favorite bread, lightly toasted
2 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
1 hard cooked egg, sliced
½ cup Marieke’s Onion Garlic Gouda Cheese, shredded
(Optional -4 stakes precooked asparagus, cut into 4 inch pieces)
On the two slices of toast divide ingredients. First top with prosciutto, next layer with egg
slices, if using asparagus add now, and finally top each sandwich with ¼ cup of Marieke’s
Onion Garlic Gouda Cheese.
Place on cookie sheet and broil for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Enjoy.
