Marieke Gouda Omelet Roll

Ingredients (serves 4-6):


  • 7 eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/3 cup flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper

  • 1 cup cooked ham, cubed

  • 2 ½ cups Marieke’s Onion Garlic Gouda, shredded

  • 1 cup black beans


  1. In medium sized bowl whisk eggs and milk together; add flour, salt and pepper.

  2. Pour into well greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

  3. Bake at 425 F for 10 minutes or until eggs are set. Sprinkle ham, 2 cups Marieke’s Onion Garlic Gouda, and black beans over eggs. Bake an additional 4 minutes.

  4. Cut whole omelet in half, working with each section separately; carefully roll up into a jelly roll using two spatulas. Repeat with other half of omelet.

  5. Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle remaining ½ cup of Marieke’s Onion Garlic Gouda on top. Enjoy!
