Marieke® Gouda Garlic Butter

Recipe by Gouda Chef ®Molly Schraufnagel

Ingredients (serves 6-8):

 

  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened

  • 1 garlic clove, pressed

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 3/4 cup Marieke® Gouda Super (18-24 month), shredded

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chive, chopped (optional)

 

Directions:

 

  1. In a medium sized bowl combine butter, garlic, and salt.

  2. Mix in Marieke® Gouda and fresh chive if you wish. Top your favorite steak, salmon, chicken, pork and/or vegetables. Enjoy!
