Marieke® Golden Cheese Crisps

Recipe by Gouda Chef ®Molly Schraufnagel

Ingredients (makes 12 crisps):

 

  • 1 1/2 cups Marieke® Golden 12-18

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

  • 3 teaspoons honey

Directions:

 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 2 large cookie sheets with parchment paper.

  2. Pile two tablespoons of cheese about four inches apart on the prepared cookie sheets. Flatten the tops with the back of a spoon. 

  3. Sprinkle cheese with pepper. Bake 5-6 minutes or until light golden brown. Let cool completely before carefully removing from cookie sheets.

  4. Drizzle 1/4 teaspoon of honey over each crisp. Enjoy!
