Easy Marieke Smoked Gouda - Cranberry Mini Pies

Ingredients (serves 8):

 

  • 8 ounce can crescent rolls 

  • 1 ounce cream cheese, softened 

  • 7 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce 

  • ½ cup Marieke’s Smoked Gouda, shredded 

  • 2 tablespoons pecan pieces 

Directions:

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray, set aside.  

  2. Open crescent roll can unroll dough and separate into four rectangles. Roll each rectangle out pressing the inside seams together while rolling. Cut each rectangle in half to make eight equal squares. Place each square in muffin tin.

  3. Cut cream cheese into eight equal pieces. Place cream cheese in each dough section, next add 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce, and 1 tablespoon of shredded Marieke’s Smoked Gouda.  

  4. Bake in preheated oven 12-15 minutes. Top with pecan pieces and serve warm or at room temperature.
